Mr. Murphy graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1998, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Before joining Maya Murphy, P.C., Attorney Murphy spent nearly a decade at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Manhattan, where he handled felony criminal defense, matrimonial law, complex civil disputes, personal injury, and immigration matters across all five boroughs of New York City and beyond.
Today, Mr. Murphy is known for his strategic, tenacious courtroom advocacy and his ability to handle emotionally charged, high-stakes disputes with precision and professionalism.
