Vaping at School in Connecticut

According to Connecticut General Statues § 19a-342a, the use of nicotine or cannabis vaporizers is prohibited both in school buildings and on school grounds. In addition, such activity is prohibited in child care facilities and on the grounds of child care facilities [1]. Connecticut General Statutes § 53-344b bans the sale or delivery of nicotine vaporizers to individuals under the age of 21 [2]. So, both the possession and use of these devices is illegal for secondary school students in Connecticut.
